Out of 200,000 towers across the country, to date we have personally visited and surveyed 42,000, while reviewing another 50,000 using various research methods. How Do We Find the Most Strategic Towers?

We start by selecting the top cities in the United States. Then we survey, drive test, and analyze each market determining how each tower fits into the tower network, and gather data on all aspects of the tower and the surrounding area.

Then our expert engineers analyze the data. Utilizing their experience in designing and building tower networks, they determine the quality and validity of the information that has been collected.

The compiled data is then used to complete our exclusive Site Scoring Matrix. This matrix takes into account the number of carriers on the tower and key demographic features that are important in arriving at a total score for the tower. The higher the better. Towers that score in the top 5% make it to our strategic towers list. And if your tower goes on that list, the value of your land goes up dramatically.
