HOW DO WE WORK?
TriStar keeps the transaction process as simple and straight forward as possible. We have contacted you because TriStar performed an analysis and determined your land as a tower site location is very valuable. We desire to work with you to unlock that value and share in it with you by operating the tower in the future.
To begin the process, we seek from you either a copy of your ground lease and any amendments to it or the following information: years remaining (including renewal terms), the current rent amount, and the rent escalator percentage. Once we understand that information, our Acquisition team will be able to make an offer and answer any questions you may have. At this point a Letter of Interest will be prepared and sent to you explaining our offer. When both parties come to an agreement on the terms, TriStar will prepare and send you the required legal documents. Our legal team will then work with you (and or your attorney) to close the transaction as smoothly as possible so we can begin paying you more money now and more money in the future.
