Jon Hollerman – Call Center and Lead Generation
Jon supports the Site Acquisition Team and is responsible for lead and appointment generation. Before joining TriStar, Jon was self employed after starting his own coffee business. Jon graduated from Spokane Community College and is an Air Force veteran, serving as a SERE instructor.
Vicki Mastalski – Call Center and Lead Generation
Vicki supports the Site Acquisition Team and is responsible for lead generation. Prior to TriStar, Vicki was a mortgage broker. Vicki is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Tom Kovacs – Information Technology Support
Tom is responsible for TriStar’s computer hardware/software and local area network. Prior to TriStar Tom was an IT consultant for a local technology consulting firm serving a number of different clients. Tom is a graduate of ICM School of Business and Medical Careers.
Jeremy Simpson – Call Center Director and Lead Generation
Jeremy supports the Site Acquisition Team and is responsible for lead and appointment generation. Prior to TriStar, Jeremy was a Marketing Associate for a national retailer. Jeremy obtained his Associate’s in Science Degree from Dutchess Community College.
Theresa Ulanowicz – Legal Research
Theresa is responsible for research and data management. Prior to TriStar Theresa was employed by a local attorney as a real estate paralegal focused on real estate closings. Theresa obtained her Paralegal Certification from Duquesne University.
Whitney Wallander – Site Survey and Research
Whitney is responsible for Site Survey and Data Research. She also assists with TriStar marketing. Whitney interned with TriStar during college and was hired upon graduating from Duquesne University.
Jerry Vogl – Vice President Property Management
Jerry oversees all aspects of managing TriStar’s tower and ground lease portfolio. Prior to TriStar, Jerry was a key member of the management team of a multi-billion dollar U.S. tower company, holding various roles including Area President and Vice President of Property Management. Jerry is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
Chris Bluemle – Vice President Financial Analysis
Chris is responsible for financial analysis and modeling, impacting key business decisions in site acquisition and mergers and acquisitions. Chris also works with site acquistion in the area of government entities. Prior to joining TriStar, Chris was an auditor with a Pittsburgh based regional accounting firm where he gained experience in accounting, audit, and client management. Chris is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College.
Peggy Misencik – Site Survey and Research
Peggy is responsible for Site Survey and Data Research. Prior to TriStar, Peggy was a manager in the professional services industry. Peggy is a graduate of Community College of Allegheny County.
Bill Veith – Site Survey
Bill is responsible for Site Survey and Data Research. Prior to TriStar, Bill was a teacher and Assistant Athletic Director for a Pittsburgh area public school. Bill is a graduate of Slippery Rock University.
