Dave Bruening – Associate General Counsel
Dave works closely with TriStar’s site acquisition teams and is responsible for all legal documents of acquired ground leases he oversees. Prior to TriStar, Dave was Associate Counsel for national retailers headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. Dave obtained his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University.
John Lemmon – Vice President and General Counsel
John is responsible for all legal activities of TriStar and the management of the in-house legal department. Prior to joining TriStar, John was an attorney with a Pittsburgh based law firm. John graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Katie McNelis – Corporate Counsel
Katie works closely with TriStar's site acquisition teams and is responsible for legal documents of acquired ground leases she oversees. Katie is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Will Wallander – Business Analyst
Will works with TriStar's legal and finance teams. He is responsible for TriStar's documentation process. Prior to TriStar, Will worked in the finance division off a Fortune 500 company. Will is a graduate of the University of Michigan
Lisa Klingensmith – Corporate Counsel
Lisa works closely with TriStar’s site acquisition teams and is responsible for legal documents of acquired ground leases she oversees. Lisa also oversees the zoning processes for TriStar properties. Prior to TriStar, Lisa was an Associate Attorney with a regional law firm. Lisa is a graduate of Allegheny College and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University.
