Dominic Nardone – Assistant Controller

Dominic is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities of TriStar as well as assisting the underwriting team.   Prior to TriStar, Dominic was employed by a Pittsburgh based regional accounting firm as an auditor. Dominic is a graduate of Penn State University.

Stella Eperthener – Administrative Support

Stella is primarily responsible for administrative support of TriStar personnel.  She has multiple years of appraisal and real estate experience working for a national real estate settlement company.  Stella is a graduate of Robert Morris University.

John Armour – Vice President Site Acquisitions

John is responsible for managing acquisitions in key markets for TriStar.  Prior to TriStar, John was Director of National Sales and Business Development at a multi-billion dollar U.S. tower company.  John is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Spencer Davis – Regional Director of Network Acquisitions – Mid-Atlantic

Spencer is responsible for ground lease acquisitions in TriStar’s Mid-Atlantic territory.  Prior to joining TriStar, Spencer worked for several national wireless carriers in corporate and direct sales management.  Spencer is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Mike Mackey – Vice President Underwriting and Site Acquisitions

Mike is responsible for the overall Site Underwriting process at TriStar.  He also leads a team of Site Acquisition Specialists located in multiple U.S. regions.  Prior to TriStar, Mike was employed by a Pittsburgh based regional accounting firm as an auditor.  Mike is a Certified Public Accountant, and he graduated from Duquesne University.

Mark Cogley – Regional Director of Network Acquisitions – Southeast

Mark is responsible for ground lease acquisitions in TriStar’s Southeast territory.  Prior to TriStar, Mark was in the wholesale telecom industry in both Fortune 500 and start up ventures.  Mark is a graduate of Clarion University.

Christina Pushic – Director Underwriting

Christina is responsible for analysis and site underwriting of the majority of TriStar's offers.  She also works closely with the Site Acquisition Teams.  Prior to TriStar Christina was employed by a commercial real estate underwriting, due diligence, and consulting firm.  Christina is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College.

Bob Redden – Regional Director of Network Acquisitions – Southwest

Bob is responsible for ground lease acquisitions in TriStar’s Southwest territory.  Prior to TriStar, Bob was employed by a large national carrier as Executive Director of their Wholesale Segment.  Bob is a graduate of Texas State University and University of Texas at Pan American.

George Zaharis – Regional Director of Network Acquisitions – Carolinas

George is responsible for ground lease acquisitions in TriStar’s Carolinas territory.  Prior to TriStar, George was a consultant to several national wireless carriers as well as tower companies in the role of acquisition and zoning.  George is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
