1. Why should I work with TriStar?

TriStar realizes that you may have been contacted by other companies interested in your lease. These companies generally use high pressure tactics or threaten that the tower will leave. We believe that your site is of strategic importance to the telecom infrastructure and we would like to explain the various options you as the landowner have available.

Our Management Team has been working with wireless for over seventy-five combined years. Our expertise in engineering, network design, finance, real estate, and the development and operation of towers provides you with the security that you are getting the greatest value for your land.

3. What is an easement?

An easement would allow TriStar to enter your land for a specific purpose; in your case it would be for us to maintain the land in the lease.

4. Will I still own my land?

Yes, you will still own your land. TriStar purchases the right to lease your land for telecom purposes. The lease gives us control over only the tower, while the easement allows us to enter the land on which the tower is located.

5. Would I owe TriStar money if the tower were to leave?

No, when we purchase your lease, it is at our own risk. The money you receive when we purchase your lease is yours to keep.

7. What can I expect to receive for my lease?

Since every tower is unique, TriStar would need to speak to you about your lease. We will be able to give you a better estimate once we know how many years remain on the current lease, what you receive monthly from the tower company or carriers, and the number of tenants on your tower. To learn more, please e-mail us or call us. We will be happy to answer any more of your questions.
